EverNitro is simplifying the process of crafting silky nitro coffee at CES 2026

Introducing EverNitro: The Revolutionary Countertop Nitro Beverage Machine

XBrew Lab recently unveiled its latest innovation, the EverNitro, at CES, marking a new era for nitro coffee enthusiasts. This cutting-edge countertop nitro beverage machine offers a convenient and eco-friendly way to enjoy nitro-infused drinks without the hassle of traditional cartridge-based systems.

For those unfamiliar with nitro coffee, it involves infusing cold brew coffee with nitrogen gas, resulting in a creamy texture and subtly sweet flavor similar to that of a Guinness. Many enthusiasts also appreciate the smoother, less bitter taste of nitro coffee.

EverNitro sets itself apart from competitors like NitroBrew by providing a cost-effective, all-in-one solution for long-term use. Founder and CEO Terry Tan emphasizes the machine’s quality, comparing it to a commercial tap in a compact coffee maker-sized package. Unlike other systems that require purchasing gas cartridges, EverNitro uses innovative technology to extract nitrogen from the air, offering a more affordable and sustainable option for home use.

Our hands-on experience with EverNitro left us impressed. The machine is user-friendly, compact, and versatile, making it a perfect addition to any kitchen or bar setup. Its canister accommodates various beverages, from coffee to cocktails, allowing users to customize the pressure level from 0 to 8 BAR for the ideal drink consistency.

From loading your beverage to savoring the final product, the entire process takes just minutes. Additionally, a companion app provides real-time updates for added convenience.

EverNitro launched on Kickstarter with overwhelming support, surpassing $570,000 in funding. The Lite option, priced at $470, includes the machine and a canister, while backers can secure it for $290. The Pro version, priced at $583 (or $337 for backers), offers the machine, two canisters, a coffee bean preservation jar, and whipped cream kits. In comparison, similar countertop units from competitors like NitroBrew can cost around $1,000.

Looking ahead, Terry Tan shared with TechCrunch the team’s vision of revolutionizing beverage textures by intelligently incorporating gases. Imagine a machine that not only dispenses but also enhances the body and mouthfeel of cocktails and coffee through customized gas profiles, promising an unparalleled drinking experience.
