AccelerateX: Transforming European Startup Ideas into Profitable Ventures in Five Weeks
Europe’s Startup Ecosystem Accelerating Towards an AI-Driven Future
Europe’s startup ecosystem is rapidly evolving towards an AI-driven future, with a new program emerging to support first-time founders and bridge the gap between conceptualization and revenue generation.
LeapX: Empowering Early-Stage Founders
LeapX, a market-driven accelerator established by Leap2Peak in Estonia/Tallinn and Entrepreneurs for Global Change in the USA/New York, is now accepting applications for its inaugural cohort. This five-week hybrid bootcamp aims to assist early-stage founders in transforming ideas into investor-ready startups. The program is led by mentors from prominent tech and finance companies such as Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Morgan Stanley.
Innovative Approach to Startup Acceleration
LeapX revolutionizes the traditional startup acceleration process by condensing a typical six-month journey into an intensive five-week program. By leveraging AI-powered tools, hands-on mentorship, and real market validation, founders are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed. The program culminates in a one-week immersive sprint in Spain/Canary Islands, where participants refine their products, pitch to investors, and network with global tech mentors.
Limited Participation for Personalized Experience
Participation in LeapX is limited to 30 founders per cohort to ensure a personalized and high-touch experience. From this group, the top 12 founders will be selected to attend the final week in the Canary Islands, where they will engage in live mentorship, peer feedback, and investor pitches.
Key Dates and Application Process
The application deadline for LeapX is January 20, 2026, with the program set to commence on February 2, 2026. Interested individuals can apply through the program’s website. Additionally, an online info session will be held on January 14 at 4:30 PM CET for founders seeking more information and the opportunity to ask questions.
Accelerating Europe’s AI Generation
LeapX is designed as a founder-centric bootcamp that prioritizes execution, accountability, and tangible outcomes through the integration of AI-powered tools. Participants gain access to a range of benefits, including AI tools and credits, private angel investor networks, daily mentorship, investor-ready deliverables, and an in-person founder sprint in the Canary Islands for selected teams.
Fast-Track to Investor-Readiness
The program’s methodology is based on the belief that founders can expedite their progress and make smarter decisions with the assistance of AI. Over four online weeks, participants undergo AI-powered market validation, MVP development, and go-to-market strategy. By the end of the bootcamp, founders are expected to have a validated idea, a functional prototype, their first paying customer, and a pitch deck ready for investors.
Diverse Mentorship Network
LeapX brings together a diverse network of founders, engineers, and investors with experience from top tech and venture companies. The mentor lineup includes experts from Microsoft, Google, Morgan Stanley, and other industry leaders, offering valuable insights and guidance to participants.
About the Organizers
Entrepreneurs for Global Change (EGC) is a New York-based organization that supports young founders worldwide and collaborates with global tech companies, the U.S. State Department, and leading New York-based universities. Leap2Peak, based in Tallinn, is a non-profit association focused on empowering youth, social innovators, and mission-driven professionals in designing impactful ICT projects. Together, these organizations are shaping a new generation of European founders who are AI-literate and globally ambitious.
