Apple Unveils iOS 18.5 Beta 2 with Exciting New Features
Apple has recently rolled out the second developer beta for iPadOS and iOS 18.5. The initial beta release didn’t bring much excitement to iPhone and iPad users, so hopefully, iOS 18.5 beta 2 will introduce more intriguing changes.
iOS 18.5 is not anticipated to introduce any major new features as development for iOS 19 is already in progress within Apple. The company has already delivered most of the promised features for the iOS 18 series. However, the previous iOS 17.5 update surprised users with News+ game additions and cross-platform tracking detection for AirTag-like products.
One noticeable change in iOS 18.5 beta 1 is the new option to easily disable contact photos in the Mail app. If you spot any other new features in iOS 18.5 beta 1, feel free to share them by sending tips to tips@9to5mac.com.
