Bluey’s Happy Snaps: A New Adventure Game for Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, and PC
A new game called Bluey’s Happy Snaps has recently been announced for Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, and PC platforms including Steam and the Epic Games Store. In this game, players will join Bluey and Bingo on exciting adventures with their camera in hand.
For younger players, the old-fashioned camera used in the game may present a fun and unique challenge compared to the modern smartphones they are accustomed to.
The publishers, Gameloft, are enthusiastic about the game’s release, stating, “Time to play! Explore, have fun, and capture your favorite moments with Bluey and Bingo in this photo-powered game. Players can expect to encounter familiar locations from the show, create their own scrapbook, and transform in-game memories into real-life playful moments.”
Developed by Gameloft Brisbane, Bluey’s Happy Snaps will utilize the Unreal engine, promising a visually stunning experience for players.
For those who prefer physical copies, versions of Bluey’s Happy Snaps for Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and Switch 2 will be available at select retailers.
This isn’t Bluey’s first venture into the world of video games. Previously, Bluey: The Videogame was developed by Artax Games and published by Outright Games in 2023, featuring a collection of mini-games. Additionally, Bluey’s Quest For The Gold Pen, released last year, offered a more advanced gameplay experience with an original storyline penned by series creator Joe Brumm.
Bluey’s Quest For The Gold Pen has been praised as a “Zelda-like adventure game simplified for younger children.”
