Over the weekend, images of a prototype electric car were mistakenly believed to be Aston Martin’s first electric Lagonda. However, it was later revealed that the test mule in the images actually belongs to CEER Motors, Saudi Arabia’s first homegrown electric vehicle brand.
CEER Motors, known for setting the performance EV space ablaze, is gearing up to introduce its groundbreaking electric vehicles. The brand’s new manufacturing facility in the King Abdullah Economic City is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities including a press shop, paint shop, and general assembly area, capable of producing 38 cars per hour.
With limited details available, the spy images of CEER Motors’ electric car hint at a promising future for the brand. The company plans to launch its first EV in the final quarter of 2026, showcasing its commitment to innovation and sustainability in the automotive industry.
