Future Product Updates
Aside from Amazon Connect, Aubrey provided insights into other areas of Amazon’s applied AI solutions portfolio. The Just Walk Out technology, which enables cashierless checkout, expanded to over 150 stores in 2025 and is set to grow further in the coming year.
