Exclusive: Motorola Edge 70 Fusion Specs Revealed
Motorola Edge 70 Fusion: A Cheaper Alternative to the Motorola Signature
Specifications have surfaced for the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion, offering a more budget-friendly option compared to the highly anticipated Motorola Signature. This new addition to the Edge series is set to provide users with a compelling mid-range smartphone experience.
Renowned tipster Evan Blass, also known as @evleaks, recently shared details about the upcoming Motorola Edge 70 Fusion, reportedly codenamed ‘Avenger’.
According to Blass, the device will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor, similar to the one found in the Nothing Phone (3a) and Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G. It will come with either 8 or 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
Display and Design
The Motorola Edge 70 Fusion is expected to feature a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 5200 nits, HDR10+ support, and a refresh rate of 144Hz. The screen will be protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i and will have a quad-curved design.
On the back, the device will sport Motorola’s signature nylon and linen-inspired material, available in five different colors: Orient Blue, Sporting Green, Blue Surf, Country Air, and Silhouette. The phone will also come with MIL-STD-810H, IP68, and IP69 certifications for durability.
Camera, Battery, and Software
The main camera on the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion is rumored to feature a 50MP Sony Lytia sensor, while the front camera will be 32MP. Additionally, the device will house a massive 7,000mAh battery and support 68W wired charging for quick replenishment.
One potential downside is the limited promise of three major OS upgrades, a feature shared with its predecessor, the Motorola Edge 60 Fusion. Despite this, the phone is expected to deliver a solid user experience.
The Motorola Edge 60 Fusion made its debut in early April 2025, indicating that an official announcement for the Edge 70 Fusion may be on the horizon.
