To enter the contest, you must agree to follow the official rules outlined in this document. These rules constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Google regarding the contest.
This contest is open to residents of the United States only and will be governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A.
The contest is organized by Google LLC, located at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043 USA.
1. Contest Submission Period
The Pixel Superfans ‘Trusted Tester Program’ contest begins at 9:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on Monday, October 13, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on Friday, October 17, 2025.
2. Eligibility
The contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are above the age of eighteen (18) and have received an invitation via email from Google to participate in the Pixel Superfans US program.
Excluded from participating in the contest are employees of Google and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members and individuals residing outside the United States.
3. How to Enter
Entrants must follow the link provided in the email from Google and submit their entry during the specified contest submission period.
By entering, participants have a chance to be nominated as one of 15 Trusted Testers who will provide feedback on a Pixel phone in development.
Entrants must answer specific questions in the Google form to complete their submission.
4. Entrant Submissions
Entrants must adhere to all instructions provided by Google and these official rules.
By submitting an entry, participants agree to allow Google to use their information for promotional purposes.
Entries must not infringe on any third-party rights or contain inappropriate content.
5. Selection
Entries will be judged based on specific criteria, and winners will be selected to be considered for the Trusted Tester Program.
Winners will be notified via email and will have the opportunity to become Trusted Testers for Google.
6. Intellectual Property and Publicity Rights
Winners agree to allow Google to use their name and likeness for advertising purposes.
7. General Rules
Google’s decisions on the contest are final, and entrants agree to receive emails related to the contest.
Entrants release Google from any liability associated with the contest.
Google reserves the right to disqualify entrants who do not comply with the rules.
8. Privacy
Entrants acknowledge that Google may collect and use their personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
Entrants agree to certain conditions regarding legal awards and resolution of disputes related to the contest.
