Playism and Crimson Dusk Announce Demo for Action Game Homura Hime

Publisher Playism and Taiwanese developer Crimson Dusk have recently unveiled a demo for their anime-inspired 3D action game, Homura Hime.

The demo is now accessible on Steam as part of the latest Steam Next Fest.

The demo showcases a specially selected stage where players can delve into the game’s core mechanics and engage in an intense boss battle. It reveals both the stage’s combat and platforming elements for the first time.

This demo is available for a limited time leading up to the game’s full release, providing players with the perfect opportunity to explore it.

An online ranking feature called “Boss Rush” is exclusively available in the demo, allowing players to compete for the top spot.

It’s important to note that certain aspects may differ from the final version of the game as it is still under development. Save data from the demo cannot be transferred to the full version due to specification variances. The online ranking feature will only be accessible in the demo version.

Unveiling the Stage Showcase

The initial stage of the game, Adashino, is a picturesque location surrounded by greenery but filled with graves and Jizo statues. Here, players guide Homura Hime through the terrain using the basic actions she has mastered. The stage culminates in a daunting battle against the archdemon Agasa, who assumes the form of a young girl.

Exciting news for fans as Japanese voiceovers will enhance the main characters in Homura Hime! While only a portion of the cast has been revealed, the talented voice actors behind these characters have been introduced.
