Introducing Acer’s Cutting-Edge Swift AI Laptops Powered by Intel Core Ultra Series 3 Processors at CES 2026
The Acer Swift AI laptop portfolio introduced at CES 2026 includes the Swift 16 AI, Swift Edge AI, and Swift Go AI series. These laptops are designed to provide on-device AI capabilities for creators and professionals. The Swift 16 AI features an aluminium chassis, Intel Core Ultra X9 388H processor, and the world’s largest haptic touchpad. It also boasts a 16-inch OLED display with VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification and dual speakers with DTS:X Ultra processing.
The Swift Edge AI series includes the Swift Edge 14 AI and Swift Edge 16 AI models, both offering portability and durability with stainless steel-magnesium alloy chassis. These laptops run on Intel Core Ultra 9 386H processors, feature OLED touch displays, and come with multi-control touchpads for media playback and video conferencing. They also include Human Presence Detection for automatic wake and lock functionality and dual DTS:X Ultra speakers.
The Swift Go AI series, comprising the Swift Go 14 AI and Swift Go 16 AI models, offers premium specifications with Intel Core Ultra X9 388H processors, up to 32 GB of LPDDR5x memory, and 1 TB of M.2 SSD storage. These laptops feature aluminium chassis with a laser-etched finish and display options ranging from 2K WUXGA to 3K WQXGA+ OLED touch panels with wide color gamut support. The latest Swift Go models come with enhanced 5-megapixel infrared cameras featuring High Dynamic Range capability and Human Presence Detection, an upgrade from the standard FHD cameras commonly found on laptops in this category.
In terms of audio and connectivity, these models offer dual DTS:X Ultra speakers, multi-control touchpads, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, dual Thunderbolt 4 ports, USB Type-A, and HDMI 2.1, aligning with the rest of the lineup.
As Copilot+ PCs, all Swift AI models support Microsoft’s suite of AI features within Windows 11. The Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors incorporate dedicated neural processing units to handle AI workloads locally, eliminating the need for cloud processing.
Key features include Click to Do, which allows context-aware actions based on on-screen content, whether text or images. Copilot Voice enables hands-free interaction through speech recognition, while Copilot Vision offers contextual assistance by analyzing active applications and screen content.
Acer complements these features with its own AI tools, accessible through the Acer Intelligence Space hub. These tools include PurifiedVoice for noise cancellation, PurifiedView for camera enhancements, and User Sensing for presence detection. The programmable Acer My Key hotkey allows for quick launching of frequently used applications, websites, or Windows features.
Acer has confirmed the regional availability of all models, although pricing details were not disclosed in the announcement.
The Swift 16 AI is set to launch in North America in Q1 2026, followed by EMEA markets in March 2026 and Australia in Q1 2026.
Both Swift Edge models, the 14-inch and 16-inch variants, are scheduled for release in Q2 2026 across North America, EMEA, and Australia.
The Swift Go 14 AI will debut in North America in Q2 2026, EMEA in March 2026, and Australia in Q2 2026. The Swift Go 16 AI will follow a similar schedule for North America and EMEA, with Australian availability expected in late Q1 2026. Transform the following sentence:
