Mouse: P.I. For Hire Release Date Confirmed for March 19th, 2026
PlaySide Studios and Fumi Games have officially announced that the highly anticipated game, Mouse: P.I. For Hire, will be released on March 19th, 2026. Originally scheduled for early 2026, the cartoony first-person shooter will be available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series XS.

For Hire to fans worldwide on March 19th, 2026,” stated Mateusz Michalak, CEO & Founder of Fumi Games. “Set in the cartoon-noir city of Mouseburg, this game offers a unique blend of explosive FPS action and hand-drawn rubber hose animation. Players will embark on an unforgettable journey as Private Investigator Jack Pepper, brilliantly voiced by Troy Baker.”
In Mouse: P.I. For Hire, players will assume the role of private investigator Jack Pepper, voiced by Troy Baker, in a noir-inspired first-person shooter with a 1930s animation style. Set in the city of Mouseburg, Jack’s initial mission to assist a distressed individual leads to a deeper investigation into the city’s criminal underworld. The game features diverse locations to explore, such as city streets, sewers, a casino, a film studio, and the docks, each filled with loot, collectibles, and clues to aid Jack in solving the case.
