Porsche Set to Unveil 911 GT3 Sport Cabriolet on April 14

Porsche has officially announced that the latest iteration of their iconic 911 will be revealed on April 14. Enthusiasts are eagerly anticipating the debut of the highly-anticipated 911 GT3 Sport Cabriolet.

The German automaker has described the upcoming model as “one of the most thrilling driver’s cars imaginable”. While this statement holds true for most track-focused 911 models, the newest addition to the lineup promises a unique driving experience by offering all the performance capabilities of a GT3 in a convertible body style.

Expected to feature a folding soft top, the 911 GT3 Sport Cabriolet will also come equipped with a specially designed aero package. This package includes vents located behind the front wheel arches and a sporty rear bumper with dual exhausts positioned in the center.

Under the hood, the Sport Cabriolet will be powered by the 4.0-liter flat-6 engine sourced from the 911 S/T model. This naturally aspirated powerplant boasts an output of 518 horsepower and 343 lb-ft of torque, delivering exhilarating performance. The engine will be mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox, enhancing the driving experience for enthusiasts.
