iPNOTE Secures €857k in Seed Funding to Accelerate AI Development and Global Expansion

iPNOTE, a LegalTech platform specializing in intellectual property (IP) management, has successfully raised €857k in a Seed funding round. The funding will be utilized to further enhance its AI agent and expand its presence in Europe, the UK, and the US.

The funding round was led by AltaIR Capital, with contributions from Hi2 Venture Fund and various angel investors, including partners at Erdem Kaya Patent and Founders of prominent high-tech startups like Super, Lokalise, and Chainstack.

Alex Levkin, Founder and CEO of iPNOTE, expressed his enthusiasm about the funding, stating, “This funding will help us bring our enterprise solution to life and prove that IP management can finally be as seamless as any modern SaaS experience.”

The Seed round for iPNOTE aligns with the increasing investment trend in European LegalTech and legal-AI sectors in 2025.

Other notable investments in the LegalTech space include Pandektes in Denmark and Augmetec in the UK, showcasing the growing demand for automated legal solutions.

iPNOTE’s unique AI-driven approach to automating global IP filings sets it apart in the LegalTech landscape, positioning the company for significant expansion opportunities.

Founded in 2022 by Alex Levkin, iPNOTE aims to simplify and unify the fragmented processes of IP management, providing a seamless platform for enterprises to manage their IP assets effectively.

iPNOTE’s AI paralegal serves as a virtual assistant, managing global IP filings and routine communications with providers, streamlining the entire IP registration workflow.
