Rumors Swirl: Samsung Galaxy A37 Set to Receive Major Camera Upgrade

The Samsung Galaxy A37 is set to receive a significant camera upgrade, according to new leaks. The successor to the Samsung Galaxy A36 5G is rumored to feature a new 50Mp 1/1.56-inch Sony IMX906 main camera sensor, offering improved detail and better low light performance compared to its predecessor.

Alongside the main sensor, the Samsung Galaxy A37 is expected to include an 8Mp ultra-wide camera, a 5Mp macro camera, and a 12Mp selfie camera.

Samsung Galaxy A57 camera specs

Not only is the Samsung Galaxy A37 getting a camera upgrade, but the Samsung Galaxy A57 is also expected to feature the same 50Mp 1/1.56-inch Sony IMX906 main camera sensor. Some regions may receive the 50Mp ISOCELL GNJ sensor instead.

One notable difference between the two models could be the ultra-wide camera, with the Samsung Galaxy A57 potentially offering a superior 13Mp ISOCELL S5K3L6 sensor.

While the Samsung Galaxy A56 5G had a similar main sensor to the A37, it seems that the A37 is the model to watch out for in 2026. An official announcement is expected in February or March.
