Samsung Galaxy Tab A11: Unbeatable Black Friday Price Drop
Black Friday has arrived, and while many were hoping for the return of the expired £99 deal on the Galaxy Tab A11, there are still significant savings to be had on this new tablet.
The deal that offered a £50 discount (or 33%) on Samsung’s latest budget tablet was extremely popular, especially considering it received a 9/10 rating in my review. Unfortunately, this deal ended on 18 November, well ahead of Black Friday. However, I have discovered a couple of alternatives for you to consider.
What’s the Deal?
The Galaxy Tab A11 has a starting price of £149, but I have found a deal where you can purchase the higher-spec model for less than this amount.
Surprisingly, the more advanced version of the A11, which offers double the memory and storage at 8GB and 128GB, is available for just £139. This model typically retails for £189, so you’re saving £50. You can find this deal at Argos and John Lewis, with both color options available at Argos.
In addition to the Galaxy Tab A11, you can also enjoy significant savings on the larger Galaxy Tab A11+. For more Samsung Galaxy deals for Black Friday, make sure to check out our roundup.
Why Buy It?
As mentioned previously, the Galaxy Tab A11 received a stellar review and was granted our Editor’s Choice award.
The Galaxy Tab A9 was one of our favorite budget tablets in recent years, and the Tab A11 (which skips the Tab A10 model number) continues this tradition of excellence.

While the tablet does have some downsides, they are to be expected given its price point. The design remains unchanged, along with most of the specifications. You’ll receive a sleek and portable device measuring just 8mm in thickness and weighing a little over 300g. It’s even small enough to fit into some trouser pockets.
The 8.7-inch display may be compact, but it provides an optimal viewing experience for content consumption compared to a smartphone. Additionally, the tablet boasts good battery life, Samsung’s popular One UI interface, and an impressive 7 years of software support – a rarity for such an affordable device.
While it may not offer top-tier performance, cutting-edge cameras, or the latest wireless technology, this tablet is an excellent budget-friendly option suitable for various use cases.
