Save My Scrap

Publisher AMATA Games and developer Unio Anou have unveiled a new visual novel and puzzle game called Save My Scrap. This game is an enhanced version of the popular freeware game Fix My Junk, known for its stunning pixel art and emotional storyline.

Save My Scrap offers additional dialogue and endings crafted by Unio Anno, a new gallery mode, support for game controllers, and various quality of life improvements thanks to a new game engine. This upgraded edition is set to become the definitive version of Fix My Junk.

The development of Save My Scrap is underway for Windows PC (via Steam), Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PS5, with an expected release in 2026.

Here’s an overview of the game, along with its reveal trailer:

Players assume the role of a mechanic for androids who receives a request from a new client – a doctor named Miomaru and his aging android, Harima.

What starts as a routine repair job on Harima soon evolves into a journey of rediscovering memories and confronting hidden truths as connections deepen between the characters.

The gameplay involves android repairs through mini-games, engaging in conversations with clients to uncover their stories, and exploring the game’s world through radio channels in the car.

Key Gameplay Features:

  • Android Repairs – Engage in mini-games to fix parts inside Harima’s body, unlocking insights into the clients’ past.
  • Conversation – Interact with Miomaru and Harima to build trust and unravel their stories, with choices impacting responses.
  • World-building – Explore the game’s world and culture through radio channels while in the car.

Steam Features:

  • New conversations
  • New endings
  • Unlockable gallery mode with event CGs and character backgrounds
  • Enhanced controller support
