Fortnite x South Park Collab Event: What to Expect

2026 is off to an exciting start as Epic Games launches their first major Fortnite collaboration event of the year, bringing the beloved characters of South Park into the popular battle royale game. This event introduces new gameplay elements, including the 5-player Quints playlist, the Cartmanland Point of Interest (POI), and a free Born in the Chaos battle pass.

Powered by the mighty Stick of Truth, Butters persuades Cartman, Stan, Kyle, and Kenny to join him in playing Fortnite. The stick’s extraordinary power allows all five characters to team up in the Quints playlist, offering a unique gameplay experience.

Here’s a glimpse of what to expect during this event, running from today until 5th February:

• Gameplay Items: Players can utilize Cheesy Poofs to restore health, heal allies, or damage enemies; respawn once using Kenny’s Respawn Token; and for the first time, control the Storm’s path by obtaining the Stick of Truth from the sky.
• Cartmanland: Explore the new Cartmanland POI, featuring thrilling rides such as CHAOS BLAST, Voyage to the Center of the Planet, and Pi Pi’s Splash Town.
• The Born in Chaos Pass: Unlock 13 South Park-themed items, including a Cheesy Poofs Emote, Back Blings, Pickaxes, and more, by completing new South Park Quests without needing V-Bucks.

Epic Games has been actively collaborating with various intellectual properties, with recent crossovers including the K-Pop Demon Hunters from a popular Netflix movie and a crossover with The Simpsons. The South Park collaboration adds another dimension to Fortnite’s ever-expanding universe.

South Park has a rich history in the world of video games, with memorable episodes featuring popular games like World of Warcraft and the successful RPG games Stick of Truth and The Fractured But Whole. The current Fortnite event draws inspiration from Stick of Truth, showcasing the boys’ adventures in the game.
