There is a difference in the front-facing cameras between the two models.

  • Find X9 Pro: Features a 50-megapixel wide-angle selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture, 21mm focal length, a 1/2.76-inch sensor, 0.64 micrometre pixels, and PDAF.
  • Find X9: Features a 32-megapixel wide-angle selfie camera with an f/2.4 aperture, 21mm focal length, a 1/2.74-inch sensor, and 0.8 micrometre pixels.

Both models support panorama mode and video recording at 4K (30/60fps) and 1080p (30/60fps) with gyro-EIS.

LUMO Image Engine and Software

The Find X9 Series is also the first to offer users its brand-new LUMO Image Engine. This is a proprietary suite of computational photography algorithms that enhances clarity, dynamic range, and colour science while ensuring photos look natural. By rebuilding the imaging pipeline with Parallel Computing, the engine achieves more with less: up to 50% less CPU usage, 60% less memory usage, and 50% less power consumption.

The efficiency of the LUMO Image Engine unlocks the full potential of the high-resolution sensors. In bright daylight, users can capture photos in full 50-megapixel resolution by default, delivering over four times the detail of standard 12-megapixel images. In low light or other challenging cases, the camera intelligently switches to 25-megapixel or 12-megapixel modes, using pixel binning for superior noise control.

Video, Zoom, and Concert Capabilities

The Find X9 Series is engineered to be a companion for concerts and live events, providing unrivalled zoom in both photo and video shooting.

By intelligently cropping its 200-megapixel sensor, the Find X9 Pro delivers high-quality lossless zoom up to 13.2x. Both models feature OPPO’s Super Zoom algorithm for enhanced clarity up to 120x. With OPPO’s Stage Mode, users can capture concert photos with enhanced contrast and tone for a dramatic, atmospheric effect.

Pro-Grade Video

The series’ pro-grade video capabilities are equally impressive. Both devices support 4K 120fps Dolby Vision HDR video recording on the main camera. The Find X9 Pro extends this capability to its 200-megapixel Hasselblad Telephoto. Both phones also support 4K at 30/60fps and 1080p at 30/60/240fps, with gyro-EIS, 10-bit video, and LOG recording.

For professional users, the Find X9 Series supports LOG recording with ACES certification, providing a flat, data-rich file that serves as the perfect canvas for professional colour grading.

The series also introduces industry-first 4K Motion Photos, elevating video resolution from 1080p to 4K for dramatically clearer results.

Users can also take advantage of the Hasselblad Teleconverter, an optical accessory designed exclusively for the Find X9 Pro. This professional-grade accessory transforms the phone into a 10x optical super-zoom powerhouse, allowing for up to 200x digital zoom for photos and 50x for video.

Additionally, the Find X9 series features large-capacity batteries, with the Find X9 equipped with a substantial 7025mAh battery and the Find X9 Pro with an even more impressive 7500mAh battery. Both models support 80W OPPO SUPERVOOC wired flash charging, as well as 50W AIRVOOC wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging for convenient power top-ups.

In terms of design, display, and build, both models feature a modern, flat-edged aesthetic with a new-generation flat display and ultra-thin symmetrical bezels for an immersive viewing experience. The displays boast high brightness levels, support for Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and Ultra HDR image, and high-frequency PWM dimming for eye comfort. The Find X9 Pro and Find X9 also differ slightly in display size and resolution, with both models featuring a matte aluminium frame and glass back cover that resists fingerprints.
