We Were Here Tomorrow: A New Standalone Entry in the We Were Here Series

Total Mayhem Games has recently announced the upcoming release of We Were Here Tomorrow, the latest addition to the popular We Were Here series. Unlike its predecessors, We Were Here Tomorrow is a standalone entry that introduces players to a new and mysterious narrative. The game offers a unique two-player online co-op experience, allowing players to collaborate and navigate through the enigmatic facility they find themselves in.

The premise of We Were Here Tomorrow is intriguing, with players waking up inside a mysterious facility filled with strange machinery. Guided by a calm and confident voice, the duo is led through a series of assignments that challenge their wits and teamwork. Players are often separated and equipped with different tools, requiring clear communication and cooperation via walkie-talkies. Each assignment presents asymmetrical puzzles that can only be solved through collaboration. As the story unfolds, players will uncover the secrets of their existence within the facility, ultimately shaping the fate of Tomorrow.

Aside from the engaging two-player co-op mode, We Were Here Tomorrow boasts asymmetrical puzzles, unique character roles and abilities, and a captivating retro-future design for the facility. The previous installment, We Were Here Forever, received positive reviews for its challenging puzzles that leverage split player perspectives, although some players found the walkie-talkie mechanic to be a hindrance.

We Were Here Tomorrow is set to launch on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series XS, with a tentative release date scheduled for this year. Stay tuned for further updates as the development progresses.
