Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio Introduces Exciting Features for Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties

Ryu Ga Gotoku studio and their English localisation team are exploring new territories with the latest features and game modes unveiled for Yakuza Kiwami 3 and Dark Ties. Recently showcased in a live stream event, the Bad Boy Dragon mode for Kiwami 3 and the Hell’s Arena in the Dark Ties spin-off have been revealed.

Yakuza Kiwami 3 serves as a modernized remake of the third installment in the acclaimed crime drama series. As Kiryu embarks on a mission to protect Okinawa’s Morning Glory Orphanage from impending threats, players can delve into the new Bad Boy Dragon mode.

Introducing Morning Glory and the intriguing Bad Boy Dragon mode, players are in for an exciting experience. In this mode, Kiryu assumes the leadership of the Haisai Girls gang to establish dominance. Players will recruit allies, train them, and engage in turf wars, Baddies Battles, and massive 20-member Rumbles. The gameplay also includes motorbike raids on enemy bases, offering extensive customization options for an immersive gaming experience.

On the other hand, Dark Ties focuses on Yoshitaka Mine’s journey to enhance his reputation and climb the ranks within the Yakuza world. As a supplementary side-story to the main Yakuza 3 narrative, players can now explore the Hell’s Arena underground fight club. This feature presents challenging 1v1 Hellish Brawls and intense races to evade hunters in a treasure-laden dungeon known as Survival Hell.

Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties are slated for release on February 12, 2026, across platforms including PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC.
