When Could Zootopia 2 Be Released on VOD?

While Disney has yet to announce the digital premiere date for Zootopia 2, we can make an educated guess based on past releases.

The availability of the film on VOD platforms usually depends on its box office performance. Typically, successful Disney films hit VOD between 60 and 67 days after their theatrical debut. Given the anticipation surrounding Zootopia 2, we anticipate it will be available for digital download in the US between Sunday, 25 January 2026, and Sunday, 1 February 2026.

In the UK, the digital release date is likely to align with the US schedule.

Following this trend, Zootopia 2 might be available on DVD and Blu-ray in the US between Sunday, 15 February 2026, and Sunday, 8 March 2026.

When Could Zootopia 2 Be Released on Streaming Platforms?

Expect Zootopia 2 to arrive on Disney+ after the physical release, possibly shortly thereafter. For example, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 made its Disney+ debut a day after the DVD release, while Lilo & Stitch appeared on the streaming platform in just 8 days. The Fantastic Four: First Steps joined Disney+ around three weeks after the DVD and Blu-ray release.

Therefore, Zootopia 2 might become available on Disney+ between Monday, 16 February 2026, and Monday, 30 March 2026.
