Death Stranding 2: On The Beach Set to Launch on PC

Sony and Kojima Productions have recently revealed that Death Stranding 2: On The Beach is scheduled to release for PC on March 19th. Gamers can already pre-order the game through Steam and Epic.

For this PC version, Nixxes Software, the porting experts, have been enlisted to bring the game over from its original PS5 platform. Numerous enhancements tailored for PC players will be integrated into the game. These include support for advanced technologies like Nvidia DLSS, AMD FSR, and Intel XeSS for upscaling and frame generation. Players will have the ability to unlock the frame rate, allowing them to fully utilize their gaming monitors and GPUs.

In terms of display, the PC version will offer support for ultrawide aspect ratios, including 21:9 (also soon to be available on PS5) and even up to 32:9, both during gameplay and in-game cutscenes.

Furthermore, players can expect keyboard and mouse support on PC. Additionally, the game will feature DualSense support for rumble, as well as compatibility with new 3D audio engines such as Dolby Access, DTS Sound Unbound, or Windows Sonic for Headphones.

Kojima Productions has hinted at the introduction of new modes and features for both the PC and PS5 versions of the game upon launch. More details on these exciting updates are expected to be revealed next month.
