Microsoft’s Copilot AI: Revolutionizing Gaming on Current-Gen Xbox Consoles
Xbox Introduces Gaming Copilot AI Assistant for Current-Generation Consoles
Exciting news for gamers as Xbox is gearing up to launch its Gaming Copilot AI assistant on “current-generation consoles” later this year. Sonali Yadav, Xbox’s product manager for gaming AI, made the announcement during a panel at the Game Developers Conference (GDC). Not only that, but the company also plans to integrate the assistant into “more services that players are engaging with.”
Microsoft’s Gaming-Focused Copilot Assistant: A Game-Changer for Gamers
Microsoft has been diligently working on its gaming-focused Copilot assistant for several months now. Initially launched in beta on the Xbox mobile app, Windows 11, and Xbox Ally handhelds, this AI assistant aims to assist players when they encounter challenges in games. By simply using their voice, players can summon the Gaming Copilot, which will provide them with suggestions on how to proceed. Additionally, it can respond to queries about a player’s gaming past, offer valuable tips and strategies, and even recommend games to try out. For instance, players can inquire about defeating a specific boss or gathering materials to craft a sword in the popular game Minecraft.
