Exciting Co-op Legends Mode Coming to Ghost of Yōtei on March 10th

Fans of Ghost of Yōtei have something to look forward to as the highly anticipated co-op Legends mode is set to launch on March 10th as a free update for the game.

For those unfamiliar, Legends was first introduced in Ghost of Tsushima, offering players the chance to engage in co-op missions against fantastical enemies, participate in Raids, and play as new characters beyond Jin Sakai. It is expected that Ghost of Yōtei will continue in a similar fashion.

The Legends mode will debut with three mission types. In Survival, players can team up with up to three others to face waves of increasingly challenging foes across four unique maps. Controlling territory on each map allows players to activate Blessings for advantages in battle, but losing control will result in Curses that hinder the team. Each map will feature its own set of unique Curses and Blessings.

Story mode will see players partnering up to tackle a series of 12 missions. Completing sets of three Story missions unlocks Incursions, large-scale four-player assaults on strongholds belonging to members of the Yōtei Six. Each Incursion culminates in a boss battle against giant, supernatural versions of iconic creatures like the Spider, Oni, Kitsune, and Snake.

In April, players can look forward to a Raid that will put their skills to the ultimate test as they take on the Dragon and Lord Saito himself, showcasing the full power and teamwork required to emerge victorious.
