EverQuest Legends: A Reimagined Classic

Daybreak Game Company has set July 28th as the release date for EverQuest Legends, a reimagined version of the iconic EverQuest game from 1999.

EverQuest Legends will be available for Windows PC at a price of $19.99, with a subsequent $9.99 monthly subscription fee (the first month is free upon game purchase).

Preorders are currently open on the official game website, offering exclusive access to the preorder beta from July 1st to the 21st. Preordering also allows players to secure their character name and acquire the exclusive in-game title of “The Legend.”

Designed for solo and casual players, EverQuest Legends offers an experience that can be enjoyed entirely solo, although group play (up to 4 players) and raids (up to 8 players) are available. Players can create powerful characters by selecting up to three different active classes per character and have new ways to enhance weapons and armor. As characters level up and gear improves, they can tackle the most challenging game content solo or with a small group of friends.

Featuring the continent of Antonica (pre-Kunark) at launch, EverQuest Legends includes all the original EverQuest playable races in the classic art style, with classic graphics, zones, spell effects, loot, and music, along with some new surprises.
