Lamborghini Unveils Temerario Super Trofeo Design Concept

Lamborghini recently revealed the design concept for the Temerario Super Trofeo at the season finale held at Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli in Italy.

The Temerario Super Trofeo is the latest addition to the Super Trofeo lineup by the Squadra Corse customer racing division, succeeding the Huracan Super Trofeo. It is set to debut in the Asian, European, and North American championships in 2027.

The Temerario Super Trofeo is powered by a 4.0-liter, twin-turbo V8 engine similar to the one found in the Temerario road car, albeit in a non-hybrid configuration. It delivers 650 hp to the rear axle through a 6-speed sequential transmission, the same one used in the GT3 car.

The vehicle is constructed on an ALU/CFK hybrid chassis and includes features such as an FIA-certified roll cage, a 12-point adjustable traction control system, ABS, a Capristo exhaust system, KW suspension, and BMC air filters.

Lamborghini Super Trofeo Legacy

Lamborghini initiated its customer racing program in 2009 with the Gallardo Super Trofeo, which was succeeded by the Gallardo LP 570-4 Super Trofeo. The Huracan LP 620-2 Super Trofeo followed in 2015, along with two Evo versions in 2018 and 2022.
