Honkai: Star Rail Version 4.1 will launch on 25th March

The Exciting Honkai: Star Rail Version 4.1 Update Unveiled!

HoYoverse has unveiled the highly-anticipated Honkai: Star Rail Version 4.1 update, titled “Unraveled for Daybreak”. Scheduled for release on 25th March 2026, this update brings with it the next chapter in the Planarcadia Story.

One of the major highlights of Version 4.1 is the introduction of Ashveil as a playable companion character for the first time. Ashveil, a limited 5-star character, joins the roster alongside other limited 5-star characters Hyacine and Boothill, who will be featured in Warp events during the first and second half of this version respectively.

Ashveil is a unique character known as a “detective unreliable”, characterized by a lazy and relaxed demeanor. However, following the events of the previous version, Ashveil is set to unravel a conspiracy behind the Phantasmoon Games while collaborating with the Astral Express Crew.

In combat, Ashveil’s abilities shine as he utilizes his Technique to inflict Stunned on enemies during Map Exploration. Additionally, he boosts the critical damage of allies and can designate an enemy as the ‘Bait’, reducing the defense of all enemies. With a range of powerful abilities including follow-up attacks on the Bait and the manipulation of ‘Gluttony’, Ashveil proves to be a formidable ally.

For those unfamiliar with the Honkai: Star Rail story, a brief recap from the press release sheds light on the ongoing narrative. The Planarcadia Story has seen the Trailblazer emerge victorious in the Phantasmoon Games, becoming the center of attention in the arcadia. As the Star Rail FEST expo approaches, tensions escalate within the arcadia, shaping the course of events.

Version 4.1 of Honkai: Star Rail will be a shorter story arc compared to previous updates, running for four weeks instead of the usual six. This alteration in structure sets the stage for a potentially larger update in Version 4.2.

Stay tuned for more developments in the Honkai: Star Rail universe as Version 4.1 promises exciting new gameplay elements and story progression.
