Exclusive Look: GMA T33 V12 Supercar Prototype Caught Testing for the First Time
The GMA T33: Gordon Murray’s Second V12 Supercar Takes Shape
After four years since its initial unveiling, Gordon Murray’s second V12 supercar, the GMA T33, is finally starting to come together. This grand tourer is positioned as a less hardcore alternative to the T50 model. Despite the passage of time, the overall design of the T33 has remained largely consistent, with the prototype closely resembling the original concept. The aesthetic is characterized by its simplicity, featuring clean lines, a low-profile front end, and stacked headlights.
The rear of the T33 showcases round taillights, twin central exhausts encased in a diffuser, and the distinctive engine scoop that has been retained from the initial design.
Under the hood, the T33 is equipped with a Cosworth-engineered 3.9-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine that delivers an impressive 607 horsepower at 10,500 rpm, with a redline set at 11,100 rpm. This powerhouse is mated to an H-gate 6-speed manual gearbox, emphasizing a driver-focused experience.
For enthusiasts and fans of high-performance vehicles, the GMA T33 promises to deliver a thrilling driving experience combined with elegant design elements that pay homage to classic automotive aesthetics.
