Vectrix Raises €1.15 Million in Seed Round Led by RDY Ventures

Vectrix, an AI platform based in Antwerp, has successfully secured €1.15 million in a Seed round to fuel its upcoming growth phase. The funding round was spearheaded by Antwerp venture capital firm RDY Ventures, with additional investments coming from Seeder Fund, PMV, and Germany’s Prequel Ventures.

Co-founder Dimitri Allaert highlighted the importance of automating manual entry processes in the logistics sector, emphasizing the need to eliminate errors and inefficiencies caused by human intervention. Vectrix, established in 2024 by Allaert and Ben Selleslagh, specializes in automating the manual entry of transport orders, boasting a significant reduction in processing time from 8 minutes to just 2 minutes.

The platform serves as a pre-Transport Management System (TMS) layer, seamlessly integrating with existing software and tailoring its functionalities to suit each client’s unique workflows. By leveraging AI technology, Vectrix continuously learns and improves, offering valuable insights to streamline operations and enhance decision-making processes.

Ben Selleslagh, the CTO of Vectrix, emphasized the platform’s ability to understand each customer’s context, enabling it to complete missing information accurately and empower logistics employees to make informed decisions. The AI-driven solution not only boosts efficiency but also helps in overcoming talent shortages within the industry.

With the recent funding injection, Vectrix plans to expand its team in 2026 and solidify its presence in neighboring markets such as Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK. The company is also set to introduce new features that enhance its integration with Transport Management Systems, further optimizing the order communication process.

Looking ahead, Vectrix aims to evolve into a comprehensive order communication platform that automates all aspects of order management. The company’s commitment to European growth is evident, with plans to onboard new customers in Germany and pursue cross-border expansion opportunities.

Currently employing seven staff members, Vectrix is actively conducting pilot programs with logistics companies to demonstrate the platform’s capabilities. The successful rollout at logistics service provider H. Essers is a testament to Vectrix’s impact, with significant time savings and operational enhancements achieved through the automation of order processing.
