The Rare Porsche Carrera GT Painted in Gulf Blue Sells for Record $6.7 Million

In the world of exotic cars, the Porsche Carrera GT is a true gem. In 2026, the values of these cars are around $3-3.5 million, but when a rare Paint-to-Sample (PTS) version comes up for sale, the price can skyrocket.

Recently, one of the rarest Carrera GTs, finished in Gulf Blue, went under the hammer at Broad Arrow Auctions and fetched a staggering $6.7 million. This particular car is not only one of the 19 PTS models ever produced but also the only one painted in Gulf Blue.

The stunning sky blue shade of the Carrera GT, complemented by yellow brake calipers, made it a standout at the auction. The interior features luxurious Ascot Brown leather upholstery and comes with a matching luggage set.

Under the hood, the Carrera GT is powered by a magnificent 5.7-liter naturally aspirated V10 engine that produces 603 hp and 435 lb-ft of torque. Paired with a 6-speed manual transmission sending power to the rear axle, this car has only 2,807 miles on the odometer.
