The One UI 9 beta has been released for users of the Samsung Galaxy S26 series. Samsung is introducing new creative tools, enhanced customization options, and additional accessibility and security features. According to Samsung, here are the key enhancements brought by One UI 9:

• Samsung Notes now offers new creative features such as decorative borders and varied pen thicknesses to enhance note design possibilities.
• In the Contacts app, users can directly access Creative Studio for creating personalized profiles without switching between apps.
• The redesigned Quick Panel provides increased flexibility, allowing users to customize and resize brightness, volume, and media player controls according to their preferences.
• New accessibility features include adjustable mouse button speeds for precise cursor control and the merging of Google and Samsung’s TalkBack functions. Additionally, Text Highlighting enlarges or highlights selected text for improved readability.
• One UI 9 enhances security by warning users about potential security risks from new apps, blocking their installation and execution, and recommending deletion based on updated security guidelines.
