Aizy, an AI marketing software company, has recently acquired Uptmz, another Dutch industry player, with the aim of developing an integrated advertising platform for Google, Microsoft, and Meta. Aizy, founded in 2024, offers an AI-powered performance marketing platform that combines AI technology with the expertise of performance marketing specialists. Businesses and agencies can optimize campaigns across various platforms through the Aizy platform or outsource campaign management to the Aizy team.
Uptmz, originally developed in 2019 within the Springbok Group, has grown into a technical performance marketing platform focused on Google and Microsoft advertising. With a strong emphasis on automation and scalability, Uptmz became an independent company in 2022 to accelerate its growth. As part of Aizy, the platform will continue to expand within an AI-first environment.
Aizy’s acquisition of Uptmz aims to meet the increasing demand for performance marketing technology that goes beyond standalone AI tools or fragmented automation solutions.
