A common issue that has been widely reported is phones crashing and requiring a reboot during regular use, a problem that this latest update aims to fix.
Additional improvements include addressing a bug that caused overlap and stuttering on the lock screen when multiple notifications were displayed simultaneously.
Google asserts that numerous other bugs have been resolved, and the expectation is that Android 17 will be significantly more stable in the coming weeks.
