In March, PC gamers will have the opportunity to dive into the world of SAND: Raiders of Sophie, an online multiplayer game that combines mech base building and looting. Publisher tinyBuild and developer Hologryph have recently announced this exciting news along with a new trailer that showcases the various gameplay elements of SAND: Raiders of Sophie.
SAND: Raiders of Sophie is set in an alternate 1910s world where players can scavenge for resources in the ruins of Sophie and settle their scores. While players can venture alone, the game emphasizes squad play, encouraging players to team up to build their walking bases called Tramplers. These Tramplers serve as a central base, a mode of transportation, and a weapons platform for engaging in battles with other Tramplers. Players have the freedom to fully customize their Tramplers, from layout to appearance.
Exploration in SAND: Raiders of Sophie goes beyond moving the Tramplers. Players can explore the world on foot, participating in PvPvE battles against players from different Tramplers and the undead inhabitants of Sophie.
