Adorable Adventures bring Boris the baby boar to consoles and PC this year

Adorable Adventures: A Heartwarming Journey to Reunite a Baby Boar with His Family

Wild Sheep Studio and publisher PQube have unveiled a charming new trailer and announced a release target for Adorable Adventures – a game that truly lives up to its delightful name! Players will step into the hooves of Boris, a curious baby boar on a quest to find his lost family. Adorable Adventures is set to launch for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC later this year, with a Steam demo already available for eager players.

Join Boris on his heartwarming journey as he navigates through a forest fire that has separated him from his loved ones. Armed with his keen sense of smell, Boris must follow scents of flowers, mushrooms, honeycomb, and more to track down his brothers and sisters. Along the way, players will be guided by the voiceover of park ranger Maxime, whose storytelling adapts to the player’s actions. Discover journal entries from Maxime’s journal and adorn Boris with adorable accessories to enhance his journey.

Despite his determination, Boris is still a young boar easily distracted by the wonders of the forest. In addition to his search, players can look forward to engaging in time trial races, photography challenges, park tidying tasks, and a local mystery to unravel.

Wild Sheep Studio is no stranger to crafting endearing games like Adorable Adventures. Originally established to work on WILD with Michel Ancel and Ubisoft Paris in 2013, the studio transitioned to developing smaller, more intimate games after the cancellation of their initial project. For Adorable Adventures, the team ventured into the Cévennes National Park near their base in Southern France, capturing 3D scans of local plant life and ambient field recordings to authentically recreate the forest ambiance.
