Outbound Release Delayed to May 14th

The highly anticipated game Outbound, developed by Square Glade Games, has encountered a setback resulting in a delay of a few weeks. The original release date of April 23rd has been pushed back to May 14th due to an issue that the development team is working diligently to resolve.

Square Glade Games released a statement explaining the delay, stating, “Late in the process, an issue was identified that could potentially impact the player experience. As a result, we have made the difficult decision to delay the release to May 14th. Our team has been working tirelessly to address this issue, and while we understand the disappointment this may cause, we believe that the delay will ultimately lead to a more polished and bug-free game.”

As a gesture of gratitude for the fans’ patience, Square Glade Games has extended the availability of the free demo until May 12th. Players can look forward to hitting the road on May 14th for the long-awaited launch of Outbound.

What to Expect in Outbound

Outbound offers players the opportunity to explore a cozy near-utopian world from the comfort of their camper. The game allows for camper upgrades to enhance the journey and make it as enjoyable as possible. Players can also adopt a pet to accompany them on their road trip and engage in four-player co-op for a shared gaming experience.

Outbound will be available on various platforms, including PC, PS5, Xbox Series XS, Switch, and Switch 2, providing a wide range of options for players to enjoy the game.
