Bungie has unveiled a captivating cinematic trailer for Marathon Season 2, showcasing the eerie ambiance of the upcoming Night Marsh map and the introduction of a new Runner shell Sentinel, among other exciting features. Scheduled to launch on June 2nd, Marathon Season 2, titled Nightfall, promises a host of new content for players to enjoy.

User Interface

• Addressed several issues leading to the display of inaccurate or outdated information in UI elements, notifications, or interface states.

Zones

Perimeter

• Fixed a bug in Hauler where a portion of the map could vanish at certain distances.

Cryo Archive

• Prevented crews from accessing the airlock after the Compiler has been engaged.

Stability

• Resolved various issues that could result in crashes, disconnections, or overall instability.

Marathon has now taken center stage for Bungie’s future endeavors, following the announcement that the upcoming update for Destiny 2 will be its final one. Reports suggest that there are no immediate plans for a major new project like Destiny 3, prompting the reallocation of resources to the Marathon team.
