A notable upgrade from the previous generation, which only offered the M4 and M4 Max chips, the new Mac Mini boasts improved connectivity options, including 2.5Gb Ethernet, Bluetooth 6, and Wi-Fi 7.

How to Preorder the Mac Studio

The updated Mac Studio, equipped with the M5 Max chip, 36GB of unified memory, and 512GB of storage, is available for preorder at $2,499 on Apple’s website. Alternatively, the M5 Ultra version, featuring 96GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD, starts at $5,499. While the base models will ship on September 22, configurations with 512GB of RAM will be released later in October.
