First Hydrogen Secures Rights to Advanced AI-Driven Robotic UGV Drone Technology
First Hydrogen Corp. Revolutionizes Unmanned Ground Vehicles with Exclusive Worldwide Rights
First Hydrogen Corp. has recently secured the exclusive global rights to propel the unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) towards commercialization within a compact two-year timeframe. This groundbreaking development marks a significant milestone in the deployment of ground drones for various essential purposes.
The utilization of ground drones is on the rise, particularly in defense, security, logistics, reconnaissance, inspection, and hazardous environment operations. The demand for these innovative systems is escalating due to advancements in artificial intelligence, autonomous navigation, sensors, and communications, which enhance their capabilities and diminish the necessity of human presence in perilous settings.
Market projections by Markets and Markets indicate a substantial growth in the global unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) market, with an estimated value surpassing US$40 billion by 2030, up from US$26 billion in 2025.
Innovative Design for Military Field Support
First Hydrogen Corp.’s UGV chassis boasts a versatile modular cargo platform with amphibious capabilities, designed for diverse military field support functions such as drone launch and refueling, equipment transportation, security operations, and emergency response. The system is envisioned to serve as a mobile robotic assistant, facilitating a wide range of logistics operations in various environments.
Designed to operate in both autonomous and user-assisted modes, the platform enables the robot to follow a user, operate through remote control, or navigate predefined routes. By combining robotic mobility with cargo transport abilities, the system aims to streamline logistics processes, reduce manual labor, and minimize power consumption in environments requiring frequent material movement across different terrains.
The versatile platform finds applications in academic research, industrial automation, defense programs, and autonomous navigation testing, showcasing its adaptability and utility across diverse sectors.
Continued Collaboration with Exodus for UGV Advancements
Upon the successful completion of the two-year Development Milestone, First Hydrogen Corp. will acquire exclusive global rights to further develop, commercialize, and leverage the UGV patent indefinitely, subject to a 1% royalty on gross sales of UGV-incorporating products. The company will assume all development costs and retain full ownership of intellectual property, inventions, developments, products, software, designs, data, and other related assets generated in connection with the UGV.
Additionally, the agreement with Exodus Actuation Solutions Inc. for the patented mobile robotic UGV is distinct from the existing binding letter of intent with Exodus for advanced actuation, gearbox, motor, and robotic technologies. First Hydrogen Corp. is on track to finalize the definitive agreement with Exodus in the near future.
As part of the transaction, the company will remunerate a third party with finder’s and consulting fees in compliance with TSX Venture Exchange policies.
