The current entry-level Kindle model is available in black and matcha green hues. However, leaked images hint at the introduction of new color options including light blue, green, mauve, and the traditional black.

One notable change in the upcoming Kindle version is the relocation of the power button from the bottom to the top right edge of the e-reader. This adjustment aims to prevent accidental sleep mode activation when the device is placed on a surface during reading sessions. Additionally, leaked images suggest a more rounded screen design and the possibility of multiple versions with varying display features.
