Reface Secures €15.2 Million in Funding from PvX Partners
Reface, a startup based in Kyiv that specializes in developing AI tools for content creation, has successfully secured €15.2 million ($18 million) in non-dilutive user acquisition funding from PvX Partners, a financial services and data intelligence platform based in Singapore.
PvX Partners operates by co-investing in a company’s sales and marketing budget, ultimately receiving a share of the revenue generated by newly acquired users, up to a predetermined cap.
According to Anton Volovyk, who serves as the co-CEO of Reface, the recently acquired capital will be utilized to drive the next phase of growth for the company’s AI-powered consumer apps across various categories such as creativity, wellbeing, and health.
Reface’s Journey and Product Portfolio
Established in 2018, Reface focuses on developing AI-native tools within content creation and lifestyle sectors. - Other products like unboring.ai, Ink AI, Letsy, and Memomet.
Collectively, Reface’s products have been downloaded over 300 million times. In a show of solidarity, Reface launched the Reface Fund in May 2022 to assist Ukrainian citizens and defenders, contributing €424.2k ($500k) towards humanitarian aid.
