At the age of 22, Nathan Nwachuku embarked on a journey to address Africa’s pressing issues as he recognized the continent’s potential for growth amidst challenges. One of Terra Industries’ key strengths lies in its team’s extensive military background, with 40% of engineers having served in the Nigerian military. Based in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital, Terra Industries adopts a comprehensive approach to product development, encompassing ground, water, and air defense systems. From long-range drones for aerial surveillance to ground drones and surveillance towers for terrestrial monitoring, the company is also working on maritime technology to protect offshore installations.

Central to Terra Industries’ operations is its proprietary software, ArtemisOS, which enables real-time data collection, analysis, and synthesis for proactive threat detection. With over $2.5 million in commercial revenue to date, the company protects assets valued at approximately $11 billion, including hydro power plants and mining sites.
