GuruSup Secures €1.3 Million in Seed Funding for AI-Powered Customer Service Platform
GuruSup, a Spanish SaaS platform specializing in AI agents for customer service and process automation, has successfully completed a Seed funding round of €1.3 million. The primary objective of this funding is to expedite commercial expansion, bolster the team, and aim to double the current workforce while increasing monthly recurring revenue by fivefold by the end of 2026, reaching an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of €1.5 million.
Leading the funding round is 4Founders Capital, with additional investment from Addendum Capital. Notable business angels from the Spanish technology ecosystem, including Juan Pablo Tejela, Gonzalo Urculo, and Juan Castillo, also participated in the round.
Founder and CEO Víctor Mollá expressed, “We identified a genuine need at Guruwalk, where AI agents significantly improved customer inquiries handling. Recognizing the transformative potential for customer service across all industries, we set out to create the product we wished existed. With millions of requests processed within a year, this funding round enables us to showcase our capabilities at scale.”
Apart from GuruSup, 2026 has witnessed a surge in funding for AI-agent and enterprise-automation software. Companies like Nexus, Lua, Blockbrain, Interloom, and Modern Relay have secured substantial investments to enhance their respective AI solutions. The cumulative funding in this sector amounts to approximately €42.8 million, with GuruSup contributing to a total of €44.1 million.
Commenting on the round, Jesús Monleón, Founding Partner at 4Founders Capital, stated, “We are thrilled to lead GuruSup’s funding round. The team exhibits a high level of ambition, coupled with a strong product and technology orientation. Witnessing the company’s growing traction, we are optimistic about its future prospects.”
Established in 2024 as a spin-off of Guruwalk, GuruSup leverages its parent company’s expertise in managing extensive customer inquiries to develop a platform that orchestrates AI agents capable of autonomously handling diverse customer interactions.
Unlike traditional chatbots, GuruSup’s platform consolidates messages from various channels and executes actions in real time, essentially functioning as a comprehensive customer service department. The company claims a 95% autonomous resolution rate and enables seamless scalability without the need for additional workforce.
With over 800 AI agents deployed across 15 sectors, GuruSup has successfully processed more than two million agent executions, addressing a wide range of customer needs such as technical support, billing management, onboarding, and internal operations.
CEO and Founder of Addendum Capital, Enrico Raggini, commended GuruSup’s ability to efficiently scale customer service through AI integration within business processes, noting the company’s early traction and market understanding.
