LEGO 2K Drive to be Delisted from Digital Storefronts
Recently, visitors to the product page of LEGO 2K Drive on various digital storefronts may have noticed a new notice indicating that the game will be delisted from all platforms on May 19th. Additionally, the servers for LEGO 2K Drive are set to be shut down in May 2027, three years after the game’s initial release.
The official statement on the digital store pages for LEGO 2K Drive states, “This product will no longer be available for purchase as of 05/19/2026. NOTE: All multiplayer servers for LEGO® 2K Drive will be shutdown as of 05/31/2027. After that time, all game functions requiring online servers will no longer function.”
The reason behind the delisting of LEGO 2K Drive remains undisclosed. Speculations suggest that possible reasons could include expiring licenses or the cost of server maintenance outweighing the benefits. It is common for 2K to remove games from sale and shut down servers, particularly for sports games with newer versions. As of now, it does not seem likely that a sequel to LEGO 2K Drive is in the works.
