One UI 9 offers a range of customization options, but for those who crave more control or are power users, exploring Good Lock is a must. Available on the Play Store and Galaxy Store, it can be downloaded just like any other app.
Good Lock houses 25 modules, each brimming with customization features to tweak nearly every aspect of your phone. While it’s impossible to cover all the features here, a few noteworthy ones will be highlighted.
Home Up allows you to dictate the home screen grid, folder layouts, and app drawer, letting you create a cluttered or minimalist layout according to your preference. You can even forego the grid entirely, placing widgets and app icons wherever you desire.
Sound Assistant provides per-app volume control, a custom EQ, and more. QuickStar helps in decluttering the status bar by hiding icons like the alarm or NFC, and even adds a live network speed indicator. The possibilities are endless.
