Porsche 911 GT3 with Manthey Kit Shatters Nurburgring Record with Lightning Fast Lap Time of 6:52
Manthey Racing Unveils New Kit for Porsche 911 GT3
Manthey Racing has recently introduced a comprehensive upgrade kit for the Porsche 911 GT3, featuring enhancements in chassis, brakes, and aerodynamics. This new kit has enabled the vehicle to set a blistering lap time at the Nurburgring, surpassing its predecessor by 2.8 seconds.
The performance gains provided by the Manthey Racing kit translate to a considerable increase in downforce and improved cornering capabilities. As a result, a 911 GT3 equipped with the upgraded kit completed a lap around the challenging Nurburgring circuit in an impressive 6 minutes and 52.981 seconds.
The kit comprises a variety of aerodynamic components such as a front lip, front diffuser fins, canards, extended underbody fins, a rear diffuser with carbon fins, and a carbon rear wing with substantial end plates. These aerodynamic refinements contribute to generating an impressive 540 kg of downforce at speeds of 177 mph.

The enhanced 911 GT3 from Manthey Racing is also equipped with a specially developed coilover kit, lightweight wheels featuring carbon aero discs at the rear, and carbon ceramic brakes paired with high-performance racing brake pads.
