Anthony Hamilton, the father and former manager of the esteemed 7-time Formula 1 world champion, Lewis Hamilton, has decided to part ways with his remarkable private car collection. This curated collection, consisting of 27 cars, is valued at over £3 million (approximately $3.8–$4 million) and is set to be auctioned off. The auction will be conducted by Iconic Auctioneers and is scheduled to take place on 25 July at the British Racing Drivers’ Club Classic weekend at Silverstone, a prestigious venue that hosts the British Grand Prix.

The collection primarily features classic British vehicles that hold significant historical value. Among the standout pieces is the iconic Jaguar XJ220, known for being one of the fastest cars of its time, and the extremely rare Jaguar XKSS, a vehicle deeply rooted in Le Mans history. Additionally, the collection includes two C-Type recreations, namely XKC001 and XKC003.

Noteworthy mentions within the collection encompass a 1960 Mercedes-Benz 190 SL and a 2013 C63 AMG Edition 507. Furthermore, there is the inclusion of the 1989 Mercedes-Benz 300SL, previously owned by renowned heavyweight boxer Billy Walker.
