He humorously mentioned that there is more monetization of Xbox games happening on YouTube than within Microsoft itself.

Xbox CEO Asha Sharma recently informed employees in a memo that the division’s heavy spending and declining revenue cannot continue. Despite investing over $20 billion in the past five years, annual revenue has fallen, leading to a marginal 3% margin by an internal Microsoft measure for the current fiscal year.

Bloomberg News has reported that major job cuts are anticipated in the Xbox division next month.
