Expanded Access: Google’s AI-Powered Workspace Now Open to More Users in Search
Google Introduces Canvas in AI Mode for Enhanced Search Experience
Google has announced the rollout of Canvas to users across the United States through its AI Mode in Search. This innovative feature creates a dedicated workspace within Google’s AI-powered search tool, enabling users to leverage real-time information from Search to streamline their tasks, develop tools, and draft documents conveniently in a panel integrated with their chat interface.
To experience Canvas, users can access AI Mode in Search, click on the “plus” button within the chat window, and select Canvas. Once selected, users can articulate their creative ideas, and Google will present the outcomes in a side panel on the screen. It is important to note that this feature is currently exclusively available in English.
