Since the closure of the Amazon Fresh Pickup in Seattle, many have been inconvenienced by the need to drive across the Ballard Bridge to Whole Foods for Amazon returns.

However, there is good news as FedEx Office locations have now become part of Amazon’s drop-off network. This change provides a more accessible option for Amazon customers.

One such FedEx Office location near GeekWire HQ on NW 46th Street in Seattle proved to be a convenient drop-off point. The process was seamless and efficient.

Customers simply need to show a QR code on their phone, get it scanned, hand over the unpackaged item, and receive a receipt. No box, tape, or label is required, making the return process hassle-free.

Unlike returning items at other locations like Kohl’s or Whole Foods, there are no additional requirements at FedEx Office. This simplicity adds to the convenience of the return process.

While there may not be additional services required during a return, the accessibility of FedEx Office locations for Amazon returns is a significant benefit for customers.

The renewed partnership between Amazon and FedEx has resulted in over 1,500 FedEx Office locations accepting returns as part of a vast network of over 10,000 drop-off points across the country.

This development was discussed in detail on the latest GeekWire Podcast, covering various topics related to technology and business.
